How to reserve an Apartment
After we have confirmed
availability
Guests are required to fill out our Secure Reservation
Form: https://www.primrosehill-london.co.uk/cc_form.html with their contact & travel details. We will then send you a Pro Forma Invoice. We do not take credit card
details on the reservation form and do not pass on any personal
details to third parties.
Payment procedure
Payment for each Reservation can be by Credit or Debit
card or Bank Transfer – we only take card details over the phone or Skype.
If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer or Sterling we will still require Card
details as guarantee.
1. Deposit 25%
of total fees if arriving more than 8 weeks prior to booking:
Final balance (or full
amount) due with us no later than 8 weeks prior to date of arrival.
2. We take payments by credit card, which for
security reasons we only take over the phone. We can call you or you
can call us or if you have Skype we can speak on Skype.

Alternative
ways to pay: Credit/Debit Card, Bank
transfer, Sterling Cheque. If payment is made by Cheque or Bank Transfer we
still require card details, to 'hold' until end of end of stay, as guarantee
for the reservation and against any damage (we do not hold a damage deposit).
Arrival
& Check Out Times
Arrival after 14:00hrs
Departure:
10:00hrs
For early access or late departure – you may
like to reserve the apartment the night before, or the day you leave, (when
available) at a half day rate; if so please let us know at time of confirming
your reservation.
Security
We will hold credit card details that would only be
processed in the event of any unreasonable damage to the apartment or its
furniture and furnishings - including charges for changing locks/replacing keys
lost by guests. Any damages would be charged at ÒcostÓ. Please be aware changing locks can be
very expensive.
Please note we do
not charge for the odd broken wine glass for example.
Cancellations & Refunds
In the event of cancellations for whatever reason:
1. Full Refund will be given if cancellation is
received more than 8 weeks prior to arrival, less £85 admin fee and any bank charges/fees.
2. We do not give refunds for cancellations that are 8 weeks
or less prior to arrival.
3. Any person leaving the
rented apartment prematurely will not be entitled to a refund.
Insurance: It is a condition of each booking that the person
making the booking must take out insurance to cover
themselves and their guests for cancellation of the reservation for whatever
reason, personal injury, loss of property and for all eventualities including
any damage to the apartment.

Terms & Conditions
THE AGREEMENT
Primrose Hill Apartments
London Ltd acts as the agent for the various property owners and the agreement
is between the property owner(s) and guest(s).
Apartments will be fully
prepared on arrival, thoroughly cleaned, with fresh bed linen and towels in
place plus a welcoming bowl of fresh mostly organic fruit, fresh flowers, chocolates,
milk, biscuits, a selection of Teas, Coffee and Herbal Tisanes.
Duration of your stay
This agreement is for the
dates/duration itemised on our invoice and guests are asked to vacate the flat
by 10am on their final day unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. It may
be possible to extend a stay at the same rate if the flat is available –
requests should be put in writing (by e-mail) as early as possible in the stay.
During your stay
Please consider our
neighbours especially if you arrive or depart at unsocial hours. Guests are
responsible for keeping the furniture, fittings, effects, facilities and
equipment of their temporary rental accommodation in the same state as at the
commencement of the stay. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss
occurring in, or to the property, whilst in residence, and damages will be
deducted at cost value from the credit card we hold for the booking. Please
note we do not charge for the odd broken glass or mug.
Should anything untoward
occur during your stay, eg a leak, electrical fault
or serious spillage, please inform us at once so that we can deal with it as
quickly as possible.
Please ensure that doors
and windows are properly locked when you are away form the property.
Insurance:
It is a condition of each
booking that the person making the booking must take out insurance to cover
themselves and their guests for cancellation of the reservation for whatever
reason, personal injury, loss of property and for all eventualities including
any damage to the apartment.
Use of Apartments
Commercial
use of the apartment during the term of the stay is not allowed without prior written
permission. This includes photographs or filming for promotional or commercial
purposes. Failure to get written permission will have the affect of terminating
the agreement immediately, with no refund issued for the balance of the let.
Sub-letting
of the flat is not allowed and only the guests
named on the reservation form may stay in the apartment unless written
permission is sought and given.
Parties
(including childrenÕs parties) are only allowed with prior written permission
and in some apartments are not permitted.
WiFi Internet is complimentary in all our apartments, and is
password secured. Guests need to ensure their computers are compatible with
British settings and standards. All Internet Providers, occasionally have
temporary short-term Internet communication failure, and on those rare events
of Internet failure, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of Internet
connection or data associated with it.
Our Internet connections are permanently on, but can be switched off if
preferred.
Pets/Animals
None
are allowed in the apartments without prior written permission.
Smoking
All
our apartments are non-smoking.
Our responsibilities
In the unlikely event that
we have to cancel a booking already confirmed, we will make every endeavour to
find an equivalent property for you.
If, however, this is unacceptable to you, we shall refund monies paid in
full, but not be liable for any further costs or claims.
Our Rates
Our
rates are inclusive of all taxes & utilities, except for telephone charges.
Cleaning
The apartment will be
cleaned once per week, with bed linen and towels changed. If you require more
cleaning or ironing, we will be pleased to provide this extra service at £12
per hour. Please contact our office to arrange this. If any guests staying in
the apartment develops an infectious illness such as Ôflu we will provide you
with clean towels and linen and get you food or prescriptions, if required, but
will not be able to enter the apartment.
Complaints
Any complaints or damages must be notified to Primrose
Hill Apartments London Ltd as soon as possible so that any issues can be
addressed immediately.
Law
All
agreements made between Primrose Hill Apartments London Limited and
guests/tenants are deemed to be made in London and are
subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

We
act as agents for the property owners, but neither we, nor they, are to be held
liable for any disruptions to your stay, weather conditions, strikes, utility
failures, illness, or any cause beyond our, or their control. We are not
responsible for the loss of any personal belongings.
Primrose Hill Apartments team want your stay to be as
comfortable and enjoyable as possible and are on call from 9am – 5pm and
24/7 for emergencies.
Insurance: All guests must confirm by ticking the box that they
have read our booking policy and these terms and agreements and will be
responsible for their own travel/holiday/business insurance before we can
process their reservation.
By
clicking on the Accept the Terms and
Conditions on the booking form you are agreeing to these Terms and
Conditions and that Primrose Hill Apartments London Ltd can claim for any
damages or items that need replacing on the credit/debit card held as security
in the unlikely event of damage and these will be charged at cost.
